Integration of East and West. Honoring the Whole Self.
At Loving Life Wellness, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My approach is rooted in the understanding that each person has a unique story and a unique path to healing. With a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD), board certification in Ayurveda, and training as a yoga and meditation teacher, my work bridges modern psychology, ancient wisdom, and embodied healing.
Over a decade of experience and my ongoing healing journey, I bring a multicultural, trauma-informed, and deeply affirming perspective. As a South Asian woman, daughter of immigrants, and longtime participant in ceremonies, I understand the nuances of code-switching, masking, and holding multiple identities simultaneously.
The Heart of My Work
My trauma-informed approach emphasizes safety, trust, and attunement—creating a sacred space for genuine growth where you don’t have to mask, shrink, or explain your worth. Healing often begins in a relationship with someone who sees, hears, and respects your inner world. Our coaching relationship is a collaborative space where you are met with empathy and curiosity, not correction.
Drawing from both modern neuroscience and ancient wisdom traditions, I blend:
-
Somatic and mindfulness-based coaching
-
Ayurvedic insights into lifestyle, digestion, and daily rhythm
-
Nervous system regulation techniques
-
Executive function strategies tailored for real life
-
Relational attunement and communication tools for couples and families
-
Strength-based coaching that transitions clients from surviving to thriving
