Relationships can be complex. When one or both partners are neurodivergent—navigating life with ADHD, Autism, or other cognitive differences—there can be even more layers to communication, emotional regulation, and intimacy. At Loving Life Wellness, I place Ayurveda’s holistic, mind-body wisdom at the center of my work, honoring these unique dynamics with compassion, insight, and trauma-informed care.

 

Ayurveda helps us understand how each partner’s unique constitution (dosha), nervous system, and sensory needs shape how they experience connection, stress, and intimacy. This ancient healing system provides practical, personalized tools to support balance, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience — laying a foundation for deeper understanding and harmonious relating.
